PROFOH PRESS RELEASE
Professionals For Humanity (PROFOH) wishes to announce her First Medical and Social
Mission in Central America (Honduras) for 2015. The mission covers a one-week period.
PROFOH’s team will be led by our Board member Dr. Conrado Ordonez and Dr.Gil
Church from Texas, USA. The team will be arriving Honduras on July 17, 2015. The mission
would include medical (out-patient consultations, operative surgery), educational (training of
local health workers in modern preventive, therapeutic, and public health strategies to address
prevailing health threats in collaboration with local healthcare experts and agencies.

The Free Medical Mission is meant for citizens of that great country who are burdened by
general medical and surgical ailments but cannot afford the cost of quality health care. We
sincerely call on all PROFOH members to support and pray for Dr. Ordonez and his team in any
way they can. Over the years Dr. Ordonez has provided quality leadership, passion for our
organization, and also represented PROFOH at the World Bank/IMF meetings held in
Washington, DC in 2013. He has participated in several medical missions in Africa. In addition
to this mission, plans are in advance stage to get PROFOH incorporated in Honduras. We are
getting ready to add a Spanish language translation of PROFOH activities to complement our
current English and German versions.

Please support and pray for this PROFOH team mission.

Sincerely,

G.D. Kama, Executive Director
