Mr. Matthias Gerhardy is a German, with an engineering background from Hamburg College in International Fleet Logistics, Currently the CEO/MD of MG Trade and Consulting firm in Germany and Board member PROFOH Germany. Mr. Gerhardy had several additional training in management, environmental and waste management solution.

Matthias is a driven person, he provides quality leadership from the front and not behind, he was responsible for the Implementation and development of the Baltic Sea ferry traffic with Russia and the Baltic States the business was so successful that was charge with the responsibility of establishing a multi modal transport projects between Europe and the Baltic states. He was also the Managing Director in a Transport company. In peak running 100 tractor heads with trailers in Germany.

He is a Co-Initiator of public supported road safety projects across Germany, with focus on safe driving on roads transport, Rescue guidelines for firefighting department to rescue truck drivers during accidents. Mathias has consulted consulting a waste management company in Saudi Arabia. Focus on business development and new strategies in Riyadh and Jeddah.

Gerhardy is leading partner of Africa Waste to Wealth of sustainable projects starting from Nigeria and will expand to other African Countries. Matthias has been serving humanity for many years as a volunteer fire fighter since 1987. He currently lives in Germany and married and bless with kids.
