Mr. Nicolaas Herholdt holds dual citizenship, he is an American and South African, an MBA, Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town. He is also an experience business development executive working across Africa in the infrastructure, construction, mining and energy sectors. His background in Management Consulting ensures the fundamental business structures are in place to achieve business development goals

His consulting career started in productivity improvement and has grown to include business strategy, operating models and continuous improvement competencies. He works effectively at an executive level, setting organizational direction and mobilizing people for change. He comes with a strong mining Industry experience and has worked with leadership at gold, coal, platinum and diamond mining companies. He has in depth knowledge of the industry issues and recently developed a point of view document around safety issues in the mining industry.

Herholdt is a dynamic personality, a team leader who is capable of managing a large development project. He brings innovative ideas with practical implementation plans.

His business development includes, securing a 10,500 housing contracts with local skills and high expertise in Project financing with bankable guarantees were required for each project. For several years he has implemented economic development goal for various state governments in Nigeria, He is also a Public Health Developer of new health solutions for the mining industry in South Africa. Nicolaas is currently providing unparalleled leadership for PROFOH South Africa in our South Sudan Public H Intervention Project. He currently lives in South Africa with his family.
