Third Medical Mission, Nasarawwa – Nigeria

Our Abuja Coordinator Moses Alikali led a team of volunteers including a Priest of the Catholic Church on this mission, it  was in collaboration with other local partner organizations such as Diabetes and Hypertension Help Society of Nigeria .We did several clinical screening and test included Liver Function Test ,BP, Hepatitis B &C,TB, Malaria ,etc. It was a clinically- designed mission for Nigerians to take their wellness more seriously. Blood Sugar BMI, Malaria ,TB, LFT ,etc .The venue was St, John Catholic Church Mararaba, in Karu Local Government of Nassarawa State near Abuja about 500 patients were screened and treated, some were issued referrals to National Hospital while others accepted to wait for the next PROFOH medical mission.
